Thomas Ferris Nicolaisen (or just Ferris) holds a MSc degree in computer science from the University of Oslo and has been professionally developing Java applications since 2004. He started off as a CMS-developer, later worked as a consultant for Objectware AS in Oslo/Norway for a few years, and finally moved to Bonn and began working for IP Labs in January 2009. He maintains a passion for Java development, agile methods and a wide range of open-source projects. He sporadically blogs on http://blog.tfnico.com.
