Kevin Kilzer

Bio

Kevin Kilzer is a practicing embedded software developer who also knows which end of a soldering iron to hold. Kevin is experienced in ATA, SATA, SCSI, and SAS disk technology, and has designed and coded over 40 storage products, including miniature RAID systems, and a number of test systems. With a BSEE from Ohio State University, Kevin holds four patents and was the editor for the ATCA AMC.3 (v1.0) storage specification for the PCI Industrial Computers Manufacturer's Group (PICMIG). Besides storage devices, Kevin's experience includes telemetry and control of an underwater ROV, and aerospace flight and test hardware. Kevin works with the C, C++, and C# programming languages on many different platforms.
